Overview
Super Shuttle is New Zealand's first choice airport shuttle and also has contracts with major client organisations including the Ministry of Defence and Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC). With more than 30 years in business, it operates in 12 main cities across New Zealand connecting people, travels, and the tourism infrastructure. Prior to Covid the Super Shuttle business was carrying over 4,000 domestic and international passengers a week.
Super Shuttle has transitioned onto the Mobli Platform which, once fully live, will provide the end to end modules to transform their business efficiency and performance.

Outcomes for Super Shuttle
New driver application
The driver application allows for a centralised communication channel between drivers and operators that improves operational efficiency. The application has enabled turn-by-turn navigation, rostering, shift management, improved safety for drivers, payment, bookings and much more.
Automated and machine learning
The Mobli platform has enabled Super Shuttle operators to automatically link bookings and create a journey for the drivers, reducing manual time and effort. The platform is learning from the operators's behaviour of adjusting the journeys in the backend. That gives more time back to the operators and enables the next stage of automation.
One payment feature
This enables drivers and operators to collect riders' fares quickly and easily, increasing business efficiency and reducing costs.
One central reservation platform
The central reservation platform enables Super Shuttle to integrate and link various bookings into a single journey. It also provides a one-stop platform for Super Shuttle staff to create, manage and view all bookings in one place, single-sign-on reducing manual effort and cost.
Improved user experience
The Mobli platform has enabled Super Shuttle to be more smart and efficient in their day-to-day operations, responding quickly to customers’ needs and providing a better overall experience.
