Kia Ora to our New Chief Strategy Officer!
It is our pleasure to announce the appointment of Mieszko Iwaskow as Mobli’s Chief Strategy Officer. The appointment of Mieszko is part of Mobli’s strategy to build the company’s culture and a suite of products globally. He will be responsible for the continued growth across Mobli’s products, customer delivery and people during a period of accelerated growth.
Mieszko is passionate about the impact that a more connected transport system can have on people’s lives and is looking forward to joining the team. He will work with the Mobli product teams to create offerings that make it easier for people to interact with transport, reduce the environmental impact and more.

Mieszko is Mobli’s first senior leadership appointment and will join the company in December 2021. Mieszko joins us from Auckland Transport where he is Portfolio Director for Strategy Programmes. Mieszko has previously held senior roles at Aurecon as Global Service Leader for Urban Mobility and at Waka Kotahi – NZ Transport Agency as Transport Planning and Delivery Manager.
Mieszko will be based in Auckland, New Zealand, where he lives with his family. He is a Member of the NZ Institute of Directors, holds an EMBA from Quantic Business School) and degrees in Transport Planning and Geography.
Mobli founder Martin McMullan says, ‘It is exciting to be able to attract Mieszko to join us on our mission to build a mobility cloud that allows everyone to participate in the new and emerging mobility landscape. We have the knowledge, capability and agility to create and deliver features to improve customers’ experiences across all modes of Mobility.
